BOOKING Deposits

Here at Daniel Craig Hair we value the time of both our customers and staff. To ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we require a % of the online booking total cost non refundable deposit to secure the appointment.

Prior to each appointment, this booking deposit will be redeemed against your service bill in the salon. Careful time and preparation is often needed by our team, in order to deliver the best possible service. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

For this reason, we respectfully advise you that deposits are  non-refundable. 72 hours' notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost.
